Exchange Policy - NOVITA FASHION

We strive to provide you with the best products and services. Please read our exchange policy carefully.

Exchange Only: We will not accept returns; however, we are happy to process exchanges under the following conditions:
 

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
• We will only accept exchanges for unused and unwashed products returned with the original packaging and tags.
• We will arrange pickup, which is chargeable based  on the number of products you want to exchange, or buyers can ship item back themselves.
• We will arrange pickup and exchanges free of charge if the issue is due to our mistake, such as shipping the wrong or damaged item.
• The Modi Jacket is made to order and is not eligible for exchange or return.

We will not ship exchanged items directly. Instead, we will issue a gift card of the same value as the product you wish to exchange, allowing you to purchase the replacement item from our website using that gift card.Please note that we are not liable if the item you want to exchange is not available; availability is subject to stock. If the item is in stock, you can place an order; otherwise, you will need to select another item from our website. The gift card will be valid for 3 months only.Important Points to Remember:

• If  the buyer ships the item themselves, they must wait for the exchange until  the item is delivered to our warehouse.
• In  case you receive a damaged, Missing or defective product, please notify us  within 3 hours of delivery. Provide a photograph and video of the damaged, missing or defective product/ package in your email. Failure to inform us may result in the return not being processed.
